Liebre is an app by Heroes del Silicio. For anything about your data, write to support@liebre.app.

What data we process

An opaque identifier that Apple assigns to your account for this app (appTransactionID) and an account token we generate. We don't know your name, email or Apple ID.

Your workout balance and purchases (transaction identifier and product).

The text of your requests and the generated workouts, so we can ask follow-up questions and apply changes.

Ratings (👍/👎 and comment) if you choose to send them.

Workouts you share by link, so whoever opens it can see them.

We don't collect your location or Apple Watch health data, and there is no advertising, analytics or tracking.

Why and on what legal basis

Sending your requests to the AI requires your explicit consent, which we ask for before your first workout. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings › Artificial intelligence; without it, workouts can't be generated.

To provide the service: generating workouts and managing your balance and purchases (performance of a contract).

Ratings, to improve workout quality (legitimate interest).

How long

Conversations (requests and generated workouts) are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Workouts shared by link are deleted after a year, or sooner with “Delete my data”.

Balance, purchases and ratings are kept while your account exists. You can delete everything in Settings → “Delete my data”.

Who else processes them

Cloudflare, which hosts the server and database.

Anthropic, which provides the AI model that generates workouts. It receives the text of your requests; under its terms, API data is not used to train its models.

Apple, which handles in-app payments.

These providers protect your data in a way equal or equivalent to what this policy describes. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Some of these providers are in the United States; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

What stays on your iPhone

Saved workouts and settings live only on your device. Dictation uses Apple's speech recognition, on the iPhone itself whenever possible.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, or port your data by writing to support@liebre.app. Deletion is also in Settings → “Delete my data”. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Recommendation

Don't include health data in your requests beyond what the workout needs (for example, heart rate or zones).

Children

Liebre is not intended for children under 14.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
